How we protect your information.
Your case information is sensitive. This page explains, in plain language, how CourtClarity keeps your data private and the terms that govern use of the platform.
Last updated: September 2026
Security by design
CourtClarity is built so that the information you enter is yours alone. From the ground up, access is scoped to your account and your data is never exposed to other users of the platform.
Row-level data isolation
Every record you create — cases, evidence, court prep, financial entries, and messages — is tied to your account. Other users cannot read, edit, or delete your records. Only you and authorized platform administrators can access your data.
Account-based access control
Access to the tools is gated behind secure authentication. Each user's session is scoped to their own identity, so the information you enter is visible only from your own logged-in account.
Managed cloud infrastructure
CourtClarity runs on a managed cloud platform with encrypted data transmission (TLS) and persistent storage. Infrastructure is maintained by a dedicated platform provider with continuous monitoring.
Minimal data collection
We collect only what is needed to provide the organizational tools: your name, email, and the case information you choose to enter. We do not sell your data to third parties.
